So... which project won out in the competition for my attention last month?  If you've been following along on instagram, you probably know the answer... It was warming the mycology grow room.  The reasons for this are many... I've been spending a ton of time in that space because that's where my indoor gardening setup also resides.  Each time I was in there, the problem just nagged at me.  There was also an obvious ROI on reducing my electric bill.  It just so happened, that I already had most of the components I needed to attempt a first pass at addressing the problem.

I had questions over the last few months about which DNA analysis service I prefer.  I've tried quite a few and unlike many things, in this realm, there is a clear winner.  I've hinted at this in some of the other product reviews that I've written, but I finally wrote up my opinion on my favorite... SelfDecode.  I haven't used all of the features of this product, but the ones I do use are the best that I've found.  Learn why, here:

What's next?  I feel the need to actually address my 3D printer issue.  The kids will be out of school soon and I know one already has projects planned for it (In addition to the one that we were already working on).  Fires always arise though, but that's part of the adventure.  Let's see what June brings.
