Lotus Position
As someone who's been a longtime yoga and meditation practitioner, it's always annoyed me that I can't sit in the full Lotus Position. I decided to change that and have been focusing on 'hip openers' as a first step in getting there. For the last month, I've
been spending more time evolving my Pigeon Pose every day. Anyone master full lotus and have additional pointers?
Air Quality
A few months ago, I mentioned I had setup a solution for monitoring my indoor air quality. Watching this data has convinced me that I have more of a radon problem than I would like. I was
shocked by how much radon levels can fluctuate day to day. If you buy a home and have it tested, you might measure levels for a few days max. This can give you a false sense of security if the stars align and it's a period of lower levels. I'm definitely planning on mitigating this. Has anyone done this recently and have someone that they would recommend?
